West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 26, 2010 Lutie Galindo, 70, of Avondale died Jan. 17, 2010, in Avondale. Mr. Galindo was born Feb. 20, 1939, in Texas and his family moved to Arizona in 1944. He worked in the construction industry and was a member of the National Laborers Union No. 383. He is survived by his long-time companion, Emilia Valdez; two daughters, Irene Medrano and Linda; two sons, Rocky and Richard; two sisters, Frances Alvarez and Sally Leyva; one brother, Al Jr.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were private. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix AZ 85014. Best Funeral Home made the arrangements.
