Emery Land, 72, of Buckeye died Jan. 28, 2010.

Mr. Land was born March 14, 1937, to Maydell and Richard. He moved to Buckeye in 1951 and worked as a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Georgia Lou; and four children, Lloyd, Robert, Carol and Emery Jr.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Feb. 6 at Mt. Zion Christian Assembly, 1421 Palo Verde Road. Interment will follow at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern, Buckeye.
