In the last days of her life, she was tenderly cared for by her good friend, Jeanette Bornefeld, to whom her family will be forever grateful. Her family would also like to express their thanks and appreciation to her helpful neighbor, Rick, the Hospice staff who played a vital role in keeping her comfortable and pain free, the Marine Corp League and the Ladies Auxiliary, the Elkettes and all of her friends for their tremendous support during her last days on earth.
