West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 23, 2010 Forrest Sanders, 71, of Buckeye died Feb. 17, 2010, in Phoenix. Mr. Sanders was born Nov. 7, 1938, in Warren, Ohio, to Forrest and Ethel. He is survived by his wife, Karen; two daughters, Kimberly Tuttle and Nichole; four sons, Leonard, Ken Kitsmiller, Paul Kitsmiller and Steve Kitsmiller; one sister, Virginia Mann; three brothers, Richard, Charles and Carl; and 15 grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
