West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona March 02, 2010 Gayla Phipps, 59, of Tolleson died Feb. 25, 2010, in Phoenix. Mrs. Phipps was born Dec. 15, 1950, in Tempe. She is survived by her husband, Leonard; two daughters, Linda Lents and Sandy Sandoval; four sisters, Norma Dees, Connie Hendricks, Sherry Orsborn and Kathy Newell; and two grandchildren. Services are 9 a.m. today at Best Funeral Services, 9380 W. Peoria Ave. in Peoria. The Rev. Myron McRoberts will officiate.
