ENGLE, Samuel William

Lebanon (PA) Daily News March 1996 Samuel W Engle, 64, of Saddlebrooke, Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Palmyra, died Friday, March 1, 1996. He was the husband of Gloria Engle. Born in Hershey, on Nov 3, 1931, he was the son of the late Harold G Sr and Mildred Wolfersberger Engle. He was a graduate of Palmyra High School, class of 1949, and Pennsylvania State University and George Washington University Law School. He was employed as a deputy director with the U.S. Patent Office until his retirement and was a Navy Veteran. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons Scott Engle and his wife, Dorothy, Ohio, and Jeffrey Engle and his fiance, Sunny An, Arizona; a daughter, Robin Beckman, Virginia; granddaughter, Kelley Beckman; grandson, Samuel "Willie" Engle, and a brother, Harold Engle and his wife, Doris, Hershey.
