The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 10/07/2011 Jan A. Buseman, 77, beloved husband of Carol, beloved father of sons: Jon (Dawn) Buseman and Paul (Gina) Buseman died Sept. 28, 2011 at Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix. Jan worked hard all his life, 18 of those years as the owner of WTL, Inc., a Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection Lab in Phoenix. He left his birthplace of Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 1957 and moved to New Jersey where he met and married his soulmate, Carol Popiela in 1961. He and his family moved from New Jersey to Arizona in 1973 and then retired to Eagar in 2006. He is survived by his grand-daughters: Danika, Lauren, Sydney and Spencer Buseman; mother-in-law Stella Popiela, nephew Harco den Bremer and niece Remke den Bremer of The Netherlands. Jan’s family and friends will be invited to a Celebration of Life dinner that will be announced at a later date and time.
