West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona March 09, 2010 Ruby L. Peters, 83, of Litchfield Park died March 4, 2010, in Goodyear. She was born Sept. 25, 1926, in Monaca, Pa. She moved to Arizona in 1954. She was a waitress at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa for 35 years. She is survived by two sons, Roger of Phoenix and Edward Ray of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
