West Valley View, Avondale, AZ March 19, 2010 Sharon A. Lorenz, 69, of Goodyear died of cancer March 16, 2010, at Hospice of the Valley in Goodyear. Mrs. Lorenz was born Aug. 13, 1940, in Auburn, Mich. She was a retired purchasing manager for Midland Hospital and was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She moved to Arizona in 2009. She is survived by two daughters, Jodie Ford of Goodyear and Jamie Malag of Frankfort, Ill.; one sister, Susan Rosecrans of Bay City, Mich.; and three brothers, Jim Pickelman of Midlothian, Va., Dale Pickelman of Auburn and Russ Pickelman of Auburn. No services are planned. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
