West Valley View, Avondale, AZ March 19, 2010 Richard Keith Ramsay, 57, of Glendale died March 10, 2010. Mr. Ramsay was born Nov. 22, 1952, in Burbank, Calif., to Kenneth and Barbara. He is survived by his wife, Patricia J.; one daughter, Lori Greer; one son, Jon Finley; one sister, Nancy Darling; one brother, Ron; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Services were held March 14 at Heritage Funeral Chapel in Peoria. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley's Gardiner Home, 1522 W. Myrtle Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021.
