West Valley View, Avondale, AZ April 09, 2010 Michael V. Martinez, 55, of Litchfield Park died April 6, 2010, at Hospice of the Valley in Goodyear. Mr. Martinez was born Feb. 19, 1955, in Phoenix, to Arthur and Jennie. He worked at and co-owned Arturo's Mexican Restaurant in Goodyear. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. He is survived by two sons, Mathew and Daniel, both of Litchfield Park; one stepson, Steven Carr of Litchfield Park; his mother, Jennie of Litchfield Park; one brother, Henry of Litchfield Park; and two sisters, Margie and Sally, both of Litchfield Park. A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. April 15 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W. Thomas Road in Avondale. The Rev. Thielo Ramirez will officiate.
