Death Takes Bush Youth
Funeral services were pending at press time for 21-year-old Darrell Bush of Aguila who died at his home there Tuesday morning. Death was due to a kidney ailment. His illness had aroused widespread sympathy and material assistance with many contributing to a fund to buy him a mechanical kidney.
T-Bone, as he was best known, was a 1964 graduate of Wickenburg High School. Among the survivors are his wife of a year, the former Debbie Dixon of Wickenburg and his mother, Mrs. Oswold Block of Aguila.

Darrell Bush
Sorrowing friends joined the saddened family in paying last respects Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock to Darrell Bush, 21-year-old victim of a kidney infection from which he had suffered for more than seven years.
His death, at his home in Aguila the morning of April 30, ended a desperate effort, participated in by hundreds through financial contributions, to improve his condition and prolong his life by a mechanical kidney operation. Death came before the latter could be undertaken.
The funeral services were held at the Wickenburg Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley Unruh of Prescott officiating.
Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
Darrell was born August 24, 1946, in Cortez, Colo., and moved to Aguila in 1952. He was a 1964 graduate of Wickenburg High School and had lived in Aguila since.
He was married just a year ago to Debbie Dixon of Wickenburg who survives him as does his mother, Mrs. Oswald Block, Aguila, and father, Lloyd L. Bush of Cortez; three sisters, Jeanne Bush, Aguila; Mrs. Eddie Greenmeyer of Wickenburg and Mrs. Lynn Norton of Antioch, Calif.
