Robert E. Shoyrer, 76, of Litchfield Park died April 5, 2010, at his home.

Mr. Shoyrer was born August 4, 1933, in New York City to Eugene and Hilda. He was a Navy veteran and had served during the Korean conflict. He moved to Arizona 16 years ago from Chicago.

He is survived by his wife, Gina Giovannetti; one daughter, Lori A. Reese; and four grandchildren.

A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. April 16 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W. Thomas Road in Avondale.
