Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 5, 1968 Victim of Vietnam War Buried Beside Mother by Elsie Kolar SUN correspondent Yarnell – Specialist 4 Frank Sutton, 21 years old graduate of Carl Hayden High School, Phoenix, was killed in action in Vietnam Sunday, January 6. Last Memorial Day Frank visited the grave of his mother, Mrs. Dora Sutton, who passed away in 1960 and is resting in Genung Memorial Park here. Turning to his aunt, who was with him, Frank said, “Aunt Nell, save me a place next to my mother because I am not coming back alive.” And so, on Wednesday, January 17, Frank was laid to rest next to his mother with full military honors. Mrs. Nell Cavaness, his aunt, has done much to help with the development of the Genung Memorial Park. At present she lived in San Diego.
