Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 19, 1968, page 11 Mrs. Benegas Funeral mass was said by Father D.F. O’Sullivan at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 9 a.m. Monday for Mrs. Bessie F. Banegas age 64, wife of Louis Benegas, who died December 13 in Community Hospital here. Rosary was recited at 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the Wickenburg Funeral Home. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Banegas was a native of Mayer, Arizona. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, Manuel Medina, Phoenix; Benito Medina, Superior; Louis Banegas, Jr., in the Armed Forces and Robert L. Banegas, Las Vegas; also a daughter, Martha Banegas, Prescott; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Urias, Prescott, and 15 grandchildren.
