Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 19, 1968, page 11 Mrs. John Weaver Word has been received here of the death in Bird City, Kan., December 14 of Mrs. John Weaver, mother of Mrs. Kenneth Reed. She had just passed her 88th birthday. Col. & Mrs. Reed left here last week to make their home in Bird City and take care of Mrs. Weaver. They arrived before her death. Mrs. Weaver spent last summer here. Funeral services were held December 17 in Bird City. In addition to Brs. Reed she is survived by two granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Evans of Washington, D.C. and Mrs. Janet Cross of Florida and five great grandchildren.
