BAZATA, Glen Richard

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ April 20, 2010 Glen Richard Bazata, 57, of Goodyear and Ogallala, Neb., died from pancreatic cancer April 10, 2010, at his home in Ogallala. Mr. Bazata was born Dec. 8, 1952, in Columbus, Neb. He was a veteran of the Army. He owned and operated Good Air Home Medical Supply in Ogallala and was a respiratory therapist. He spent most of the last three years in Goodyear. He is survived by his wife, Mary; two sons, Brian of Cozad, Neb., and Brent of Omaha, Neb.; one daughter, Alison Gutierrez of Omaha; his parents, Ervin and Elain of Surprise; two sisters, Diane Carlon of Prosper, Texas, and Kimberly Dolphin of Omaha; and three grandchildren. Services were held April 12 and 13 in Ogallala and Cozad, Neb., respectively. The Revs. Bryan Ernest and Donald O'Brien officiated.
