Geraldine Ann “Jeri” Redden

Geraldine Ann “Jeri” Redden passed away Tuesday in Lake Havasu City at the age of 71. She was born on Aug. 4, 1940, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, to Albert “Bert” and Lillian “Lil” (Kime) Hardy.
In her younger years, Jeri was a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. Prior to moving to Lake Havasu City 18 years ago, Jeri and her family lived in Rialto, Calif., where she was active in the PTA and was also past president. She was also active with the Rialto Little League and with Eisenhower High School Booster Club while her children attended high school. Jeri was also an avid bowler for several leagues in Rialto and later in Lake Havasu.
Jeri is survived by her daughter, Melissa Ann Speigle and her husband, Scott, of Bonsall, Calif.; sons, Jeffrey Hayes Redden, of Casa Grande, Ariz., and Christopher Ross Redden and his wife, Terry, of Cherry Valley, Calif.; brother, Doug Hardy and his wife, Geralyn, of Lake Havasu City; and four grandchildren, Christopher Redden, Gregory Redden, Kelby Redden and Clay Redden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hayes Redden.
Memorial services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, with Pastor Dale Ray offering words of comfort and inspiration.
