Youngtown -- Caroline E. Adams, 68, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1976, in Valley View Hospital.  

She had been a tailor 25 years and a member of Armed Forces Mothers Club in Ohio.  She was of the Methodist faith.  

Husband, John Q.; son, Ernest L.; a sister; and two grandchildren.  

Interment Sunland Memorial Park.
