AMPULA, Ralph

Ralph Ampula, 59, retired owner of a wholesale optical company, died Monday, Feb. 9, 1976, in Good Samaritan Hospital.  

Survivors of Mr. Ampula, 2323 N. Central, include his wife, Eleanor; mother, Florence Ampula; and three brothers.  

Services were in Dayton, Hansen Mortuary announced.  

The Arizona Republic Thursday, Feb. 12, 1976.
