Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Sunday, October 16, 2011 Meredith Morris, age 46, born February 21, 1965, of Flagstaff, AZ passed away on June 23, 2011. She is survived by her father, Kenyon Morris and brother John Morris of San Diego, CA and her two loving daughters Mariah 15 and Mackenzie 14 both of Flagstaff, AZ. She lived in Hawaii most of her childhood life. She loved it a lot; she was very into just having fun. Meredith was a strong activist for the animal kingdom having rescued hundreds of animals over the past 20 years. It was her passion and she will be remembered for unprecedented generosity. If an animal needed a home, she opened her heart and home without questions. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She preceasted her mother, Marilyn Anne Chappelear Morris. She loved to travel all over Arizona and California to visit family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers or monetary gifts, family and friends are invited to send donations to the Flagstaff Coconino Humane Society. She will be dearly missed. She was laid to rest in the Greenville, IL family plot along with her mother. Arrangements are under the direction of Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary.
