RODEN, Sarah Roe (Sally)

Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona August 19, 2004, page 11 Sarah Roe Roden (Sally) age 76, entered into rest on August 12, 2004. Sally is survived by her loving daughters, Mary Jo (husband, Paul) Bott, Karen (husband, Giles) Stock, and Kathy (husband, Marty) Froncek and her grandchildren, Casey, Danielle, Krissy (husband, Nick), Heather (husband, Alex) and Eric. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kari. Sally was a teacher for 26 years with the Washington School District. She devoted her life to her family, friends and students. Sally was a very loving, kind and generous person, with a strong faith in Christ. She will always be remembered for her laugh. She was the best Mother, Mom, Mums in the whole wide world. Sally will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, August 20, 2004 at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church, 4102 W. Union Hills Dr., Glendale. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made in Sally's name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
