MONTIEL, Patricia Michelle

Patricia Michelle Montiel, 6, of 121 N. 28th Ave., died Monday, Jan. 12, 1976, in Good Samaritan Hospital after she was injured in an auto accident on January 7. 

She was born in Phoenix and was a first grade student at Sullivan School. 

Survivors include her parents, Sgt. and Mrs. John Montiel; two brothers; three grandparents. 

Wake and services were held in Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson.  Interment at Greenwood Memorial Park.
