The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 14, 1976, page C-3 Ernest R. Phippeny, 74, a longtime Prescott resident, died Sunday, January 11, 1976, in the Arizona Pioneer Home. He was a retired taxi driver. Survivors include his daughters, Mary E. Shaklee and Anna R. Bewley, and several grandchildren.
