3 March 1912 - 13 January 1976 Jack H. Self, 63, died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 1976, at his home in Buckeye. He had lived most of his life in Arizona and had been a resident of Buckeye for 30 years. He ran an auto body shop for many years. Survivors include wife, Daisy; daughters, Jackie Nelson and Juanita; and 18 grandchildren. Services were in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
