COOK, Elsie J.

Elsie J. Cook, 80, of Mesa, entered into rest December 16, 2002. 

She was a long time resident of the Orchard's Retirement Community. 

Elsie is survived by her two daughters, Pamela Brodie and Kimberly Cook; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Elsie will be dearly missed by her family and friends. 

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ. Interment Service was Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6290 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, AZ. 

Contributions in her name can be made to Sunshine Acres Children's Home, mailed to 3405 N. Higley Rd., Mesa, AZ 85215.
