MORRIS, Richard (Dickie) Lee

West Valley View, Avondale, AZ September 23, 2011 Richard "Dickie" Lee Morris, 78, of Buckeye died Sept. 19, 2011, in Pine. Mr. Morris was born Sept. 18, 1933, in Chicago. He moved to Arizona in 1934, and was a custom farmer. He is survived by two daughters, Katharine Yocham and Kelly Cannon of Austin; one son, Dennis; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Sept. 24 at First Southern Baptist Church, 405 N. Third St. in Buckeye. The Rev. Artie Woodcox will officiate. Memorials can be sent to Hospice Compassus, 511 S. Mud Springs Road, Payson, AZ 85541.
