West Valley View, Avondale, AZ October 21, 2011 Rosemary Brocker, 63, of Avondale died Oct. 14, 2011. Mrs. Brocker was born Oct. 31, 1947, in Parsons, Kan., to William and Mary Brady. She was a teacher at Tumbleweed and Moon Mountain elementary schools for 15 years before retiring in 2006, and was a volunteer for the St. Vincent DePaul Society. She is survived by her husband, Phillip; three sons, Mark, David and Paul; four sisters, Kathy Stotts, Margaret Ramsey, Mary Winters and Alyce McClure; one brother, William Brady; and seven grandchildren. A rosary recital was held Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Chapel in Peoria, and a memorial Mass was celebrated Thursday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Avondale. Donations can be made in her name to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, P.O. Box 13600, Phoenix, AZ 85002.
