West Valley View, Avondale, AZ May 11, 2010 Isaac Chen-Brown, 5 months old, of Buckeye died May 5, 2010. He was born Dec. 4, 2009, in Scottsdale to Robert Anthony Brown and Qun Hui Chen. He is survived by his parents, Robert Anthony Brown and Qun Hui Chen; and two brothers, Austin Hong St. Aubyn Shaw and Arial An Guo.
