Chester K. Hillhouse, 78, of Litchfield Park died May 6, 2010.

Mr. Hillhouse was born June 22, 1931, in Altheimer, Ark., to Thomas A. and Berta Mae Forbes. He graduated from Altheimer High School. He joined the Air Force and retired after 28 years as a lieutenant colonel. He was a decorated fighter pilot. He received a degree from the University of Omaha while he was in the service. He moved to Litchfield Park in 1978.

He is survived by two nephews and one niece.

Graveside services were held Wednesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.
