William A. Jackson, 84, of Tempe, a retired foreman, died Dec. 28, 1996.  

He was born in Leavenworth, Kansas.  

Survivors include his daughters, Carol Armstrong and Judy Stone; sisters, Rose Fanjoy, Rebecca Connor, Marguerite Holroyd; brothers, Frank, John, Robert, and Thomas; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  

Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern, Tempe.  Services Tuesday at the mortuary.
