Charles M. Parker, September 14, 1924 – October 9, 2011, passed away at his home in Cottonwood, AZ. He was born in Richfield, Kansas and lived most of his life in southern California. He was a photographer’s mate, third class, USNR, U.S. Navy. He went into the service out of high school in 1943 and out of service in 1946. He loved to play cribbage at the VFW and the American Legion. He also enjoyed baseball and football.
He will always be remembered by his four children; Steve Parker, Eric Parker, Daryl Parker and Deanna Parker, plus three step children; Jim Pritchett, Doug Pritchett and Donna Gallagher, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and very good friends.
He is preceded in death by a dearly loved son Charlie. His wife, Kathleen of 35 years will dearly miss him always.
There will be a celebration of life at the American Legion on Calvary Way October 29 from 12:00 to 3:00.
