Alexander J. Bosse, 83, of Scottsdale, a physician, died Dec. 29, 1996. He was born in Jefferson, S. D., and was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Constance; daughters, Mary Campbell and Elaine Vail; sons, David, A. J. and Paul; stepdaughter, Rose Harmon; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
