Services will be 2 p.m. Oct. 28, 2011, at Mountain View Cemetery, 1051 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. ~~~~~~~ Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home Prescott, Arizona Dorothy passed away Friday, October 21, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. She was born November 12, 1926 in Little Rock, AR; the daughter of Frank and Martha (Smith) Alexander. Dorothy was 84 years old. Dorothy is survived by her loving and caring husband; Ernst A. Burklein; son, Eric Burklein (Lucia Ress-Burklein); daughter, Karin Burklein (Rodney Rascona); sister Alice (Claude) Griggs; nephew, Scott (Susan) Griggs; step-grandson, Kendall and step-granddaughter, Sarah. A Celebration of Dorothy's life, graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, October 28, 2011 at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona. The family suggests contributions be made in Dorothy's name to the charity of your choice.
