Bessie Balvinia McKnight 91, passed away Oct. 24, 2011 in Lake Havasu City. She was born to Benjamin and Ella (Morino) Real, Nov. 28, 1919, in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
 
Bessie is survived by her adoring family, sons, Charles Harold (Debbie) McKnight III and Edward Albert (Tina) McKnight; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Harold McKnight II; and sisters, Mary Burber and Phyllis Chambreaux.

Bessie loved to crochet and was a caregiver most of her life. She moved to Lake Havasu City a year and a half ago from Harbor City, Calif.
