Kenneth E. Howell, 89, of Kingman passed away Aug. 5, 2011, in his home in Kingman. He was born Aug. 28, 1921, in Macon, Mo., to Darwood and Grace Howell. He came to Kingman about 40 years ago from Illinois.
Kenneth had been a bridge tender, worked for many years at Sears headquarters in Chicago, and owned and ran the gas station on Andy Devine at 8th Street in Kingman. He was a veteran of World War II.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Kenneth D. Howell of Kingman, eight grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Pamela Sinagra; and two sons, Christopher and Timothy Howell.
No services are planned. It was his wish that his body be donated to science.
