Roy R. Carson, age 78, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away May 25, 2004 in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was born March 19, 1926 in Phoenix, Ariz. to Roy Ralph and Laura Louise (Haller) Carson.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 4, 2004 at 6 to 8 p.m. at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St., Prescott. 

A Celebration of Roy's life will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 5, 2004 at Prescott Elks Lodge #330, 6245 E. 2nd St., Prescott Valley, Ariz., next to Antelope Lanes Bowling Alley. 

Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott with full military honors by Earnest Love Post #6, of the American Legion in Prescott. 

Family suggests contributions to the charity of your choice. 

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
