SAYRE, Keith Edward


Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Wednesday, November 2, 2011 - Keith Edward Sayre, 52, of Pleasant Grove, Utah passed away Oct. 31, 2011 in American Fork, Utah from complications due to cancer. Keith was born July 27, 1959 in Santa Monica, Calif. to Jack and Louise Blanks Sayre. Keith graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1977, served an LDS Mission in Concepcion, Chile, and later attended BYU. It didn’t matter where Keith was employed — Harts in Pleasant Grove, Utah, the State Training School, managing restaurants, State Farm in Orem and Provo, or selling boats in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. — he not only loved his employment, but was loved by all. Keith is survived by his children: Ashley of West Jordan; Ryan of American Fork, Utah; Heather (Michael) Sotto, American Fork, Utah and Kaitlyn of Lake Havasu City; three granddaughters: Kairi, Hallie, and Aleeya. Additional survivors include siblings: Karen (Mike) Conder, American Fork, Utah; Kay (Jeff) Heaps, Saratoga Springs and Kevin (Melissa) Sayre, Grand Prairie, Texas and father Jack Sayre in addition to numerous loving extended family who adored him and loved his excitement for life. He was preceded in death by his mother E. Louise Blanks Sayre. Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 5, at 11 a.m. in the American Fork Habor Ward Chapel, 600 South 100 West (Boat Habor Road), American Fork, Utah, where family and friends may attend a visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery, Utah. Condolences may be sent to family at www.olpinmortuary.com.
