OGLESBY, Walter Hubert

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 11/04/2011 Walter Hubert Oglesby, 86, of Phoenix, died peacefully at 4:17 a.m. Oct. 11, 2011, at his home in Show Low. Walter was born Aug. 23, 1925, in Morenci to the late Jefferson and Mary (Simmons) Oglesby. Walter was employed by Allied Signal in Phoenix for 35 years before his retirement. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Mary Lou Oglesby of Show Low; his four sons: Michael, Kelly, Scott (Kathy), Kevin (Kelly Sue) Oglesby; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held in the spring. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Holbrook handled the arrangements.
