The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Dec. 15, 1961 Mrs Myrna Hill Rites Pending Funeral services are pending for Mrs Myrna Hill, 81, who died in Community Hospital at 1:25 a. m. Thursday of this week. Born in Dumont, Colo. September 13, 1880, Mrs Hill came to Wickenburg between 30 and 35 years ago. She owned the property at the corner of Tegner and Apache Street where the Frontier Market and parking lot is located. Her late husband, Ed Hill, who died in 1949, established Hill’s Garage which was the forerunner of the business now known as Figgins Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick Inc. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Eva Miller, and a niece, Mrs Myrna Jansen, both of Oakland, Calif., who are now in Wickenburg. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Dec. 22, 1961 Rites for Mrs Hill Were Held Saturday Funeral services for Mrs Myra Hill where held at 10:30 o’clock last Saturday morning in the First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James Wilson officiating. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs Hill died Thursday morning of last week in the Community Hospital. Here from out of town for the services were her sister, Mrs Eva Miller, and her niece Mrs Myrna Jansen, both of Oakland, Calif.
