Nolte Allison Died At Pioneers Home
Nolte Allison, age 83, resident of Jerome and Prescott for 50 years, died yesterday at the Pioneers Home, where he had been a guest since May 25, 1935.
He was born in Owen county, Indiana, January 18, 1864. He came to Jerome in 1897, following the occupation of musician and candy maker.
He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Noltene Pace, of Bellflower, Calif., who is here now.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning in the Ruffner Funeral Home chapel. T. B. Jones, of Cottonwood, will probably conduct the services, which will be held followed by burial in the Pioneers Home cemetery

Resident of Home Is Victim of Death
Death came last week to Nolte Allison, 83-year-old pioneer of this area, when he succumbed at the Pioneers Home after a long illness. He had been a guest at the home since May 25, 1935.
Born in Owen county, Indiana, January 18, 1864, Allison had come west more than 50 years ago. He was an iterant musician and candy maker and followed those trades in this area. He had lived in Jerome and Prescott.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning in the Ruffner Funeral home chapel and burial was in the Pioneer Home cemetery.
He is survived by a daughter, Noltene Pace of Bellflower, California.
