The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, October 13, 2005 Joan Craigie, 72, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2005, in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Joan was born Jan. 1, 1933, to Kenneth and Lorna Toppin of East Sutton. She was loved greatly by all she knew. Joan is survived by her daughter, Wanda Johnson of Chino Valley, Ariz.; her son, Steven Craigie and his wife, Elaine, of Rochester; her grandchildren, Lorna Romero of Prescott, Ariz., Heather Johnson of Prescott Valley, Ariz., Ashley and Olivia Johnson of Chino Valley, Ariz., and Martha Hyde and Steven A.D. Craigie, both of Rochester; one great-grandchild, Sarah Hyde of Rochester; her siblings, Doris Gregg of Ceres, Calif., Hope Huffmann of Yuma, Ariz., Barbara Willett of Warner, Jeanette Couch of Sutton Mills, and Vernon Toppin of Columbia, Maine. Joan was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Kenneth Toppin of Cape Cod, Mass. Memorial services will be held in the China Valley area; and later in New Hampshire.
