She was born on July 26, 1911, in Johnsonburg, Pa., to Bliss and Anna (Kanski) Workman. LuCeil is survived by her daughter, Mary Ferra; granddaughter, Cassandra Ferra; sisters Ruth Speer and Ethel O'Neal. LuCeil had requested that there be no services. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
