LEWIS, Samuel N.

Samuel N. Lewis, age 58, a resident of Phoenix since 1961, passed away January 15, 2004 from a short term illness. 

He was born in Manchester, Ohio. 

Samuel is survived by his wife Christina of 38 years. Son, Sam Jr., daughter Kristie, his mother Opal and 2 sisters Louise and Diana. 

Memorial services were held at West Thomas Baptist Church, Saturday January 24, 2004. Pastor Michael Haskins will be officiated.
