Mary Kathryn Ford, born Dec. 25, 1934, to Ora and Frankie Long, passed away Oct. 17, 2006, in Henderson, Nev.

She is survived by her husband, Paul W. Ford; children, Paul Ford, Jr., Lisa Lefebvre, and Julie Winter; grandchildren, Jill Lefebvre Lally, Danny Lefebvre, Christopher Lefebvre, Brian Ford, and Michael Ford; great-grandchildren, Haley Brooke Lally, Emily Amberlyn Lally, and Alexis Christine Lebevre.

A Memorial will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at First Congregational Church.  

Flowers can be sent to the church at 216 E. Gurley St., Prescott.
