Jack Earl Fuget, 87, of Prescott Valley, born May 6, 1919 in Lakewood, Ohio, died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006 at Prescott Valley Samaritan Center.

A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory on the corner of Valley and Navajo roads in Prescott Valley, Az. 

Note: Burial is at the Prescott National Cemetery, Prescott, Az.
