Tina Yerry of Prescott, Ariz., passed away on Dec. 4, 2008. 

Tina is survived by her husband John Whitehead; daughter Christina Vinski; and sisters Terry Klecan and Tammy Slank.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 1 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2008, at the Unity Church, 245 S. Arizona Ave., Prescott, Ariz. 

Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
