NELSON, Geary Allen

Geary Allen Nelson, 53, of Mesa, AZ, peacefully passed into Heaven on Sunday, January 18, 2004. 

He courageously served his country in the Air Force during Vietnam and also in the Army and Army Reserves. 

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Nelson; son Garett (Nicole) Nelson; daughters Kellie (Brian) Durham and Kristin Leedy; granddaughters Erica, Emily and Evelyn Durham; father Ken (Meryl) Nelson; brothers Lennie, Rick and Tracy (Geannell) Nelson. 

A celebration memorial was held on Tuesday, January 20, at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel 6747 E. Broadway Road, Mesa, AZ. 

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the amazing Hospice of the Valley, Attn: Fund Development, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656. Mariposa Gardens handled the arrangements. (480) 830-4422.
