PULHAM, Thomas D.

Thomas D. Pulham Col. USAF, Ret. 71 of Glendale, passed away January 16, 2004. He was born Sept. 17, 1932 in Chicago, IL. He served the United States Air Force for over 32 years. He was a veteran of Vietnam, a Flight training Instructor, and during his career received numerous medals and awards of distinction. He is survived by his loving wife Maureen, Brother Charles Pulham and many extended family members and friends. Visitation with a Vigil Service was at Menke Funeral Home 12420 N. 103rd eve. Funeral Mass was at Luke Air Force Base Chapel, 13968 Shooting Star St., Luke AFB. Memorials suggested to St. Vincent De Paul 420 W. Watkins Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85003.
