SIMPSON, Charles Thomas (Chuck)

Charles Thomas "Chuck" Simpson passed away peacefully January 19, 2004, age 68, in Phoenix. Formerly of Milwaukee, WI. 

Dear father of Charlene (Kenneth) Paszkiewicz, Milwaukee & Conrad (Jennifer) Simpson, Milwaukee. Loving "Gramps" of Ian and Grace. Preceded in death by Geraldine Simpson (nee Thomas), 1 brother & 4 sisters. Survived by Nancy, Dave, & other friends. 

Thanks to the Special Care Unit nursing staff & doctors at Maryvale Hospital (especially Charlie) for their kind care. 

Proudly served his country in the Armed Forces. 

Private memorial was held.
